Claims Uploads
After submitting claims from the Jane billing tab, a new button will appear next to the download button. Clicking this button will instantly transmit your claims file to your Office Ally account.
Remittance Downloads
On the claims remittances link in the Jane billing tab, a new button will appear next to the upload button. Clicking this button will instantly retrieve any new remittances from Office Ally that have not already been uploaded into Jane. No need to check which remittances you've uploaded already, we check automatically.
Easy Setup
You can sign up for an account and be up and running in under 5 minutes. One thing you can do ahead of time is request SFTP credentials from Office Ally. This is necessary information to get started using ClaimZap. Don't worry, if you sign up without doing this first, we make it really easy to make your request with the click of a button. Once you have those details, you'll be up and running in no time.
No Roving Around
Switching tabs and windows between Jane and Office Ally is a thing of the past. All your claims and remittance transmission is now contained from within your Jane billing tab. You never need to leave your EHR, or remember your Office Ally username and password.
Safe & Secure
We take your privacy and security seriously. We know that health claims data is sensitive information. That's why we never store claims or remittance data on our servers. They're transmitted and immediately destroyed. Any other data related to your accounts on our servers is encrypted.
Browser Extension
In order to use ClaimZap you must install the browser extension. This can be installed on Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. The extension is available on our download page.
API Keys
Let your coworkers and teammates share the benefits of your ClaimZap account without sharing your username and password. Your entire team or practice can use one account with API keys. You can create or delete as many as you'd like to individually allow or revoke access to different people.
Subscription Plans
ClaimZap offers three affordable subscription plans. Each plan allows for different numbers of connections, or Zaps. The number of Jane App or Office Ally accounts you need to link together determines which plan is right for you.
- Solo: This plan connects one Jane App account to one Office Ally account. If you only have one clinic and one Office Ally account, this is the plan for you.
- Multi: This plan allows a connection between two Jane accounts to two Office Ally accounts. If you have multiple clinics with different Jane accounts, this plan may work for you. You can also use this plan to submit two different Jane accounts to one Office Ally account, however you cannot connect one Jane account to two different Office Ally accounts.
- Professional: This plan is great for billers and billing companies, or people with many clinics and many Jane accounts. This plan allows you to create as many connections, or "Zaps" as you'd like. If you're a biller who manages several clients who use Jane and are tired of managing multiple logins and windows, this plan saves you the headache.
